Been to many Kava bars in Tampa Bay Area, this one is by far the best.. from the drinks to music & hookah everything is a vibe! Grabbed a drink two different times today & loved both of them. Definitely will be coming here more often
I stopped by Insomnia ISG Kava Bar and Lounge and was genuinely impressed! The energy was super chill, perfect for relaxing or even planning events. The guy behind the counter was incredibly welcoming, remembered our names, and even offered us tester shots to try before ordering. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality and attention to detail. Great atmosphere, great people, definitely a new go-to spot! Vibes were on Point

Amazing place! Rick was so helpful in guiding my choices to have a great experience. Had a taste of the strawberry calypso, ordered The Ocean View jasmine green tea which was iced and heavenly on a hot summer day. After had a cool kava with hazelnut almond creamer, felt the distinctive tingle and numbness on the lips and tongue. It was exquisite fugu sashimi without the risk of horrible respiratory failure. The atmosphere is relaxed, artful, positive, and fun. Vape shop area had tons of selections and art area had many anime and pop culture inspired offerings. Will be stopping in every time I come to the area.
Rick is so nice! The atmosphere is very calming, very welcoming. Would 100% recommend this place for all of the good vibes and a place to unload the stresses of the day!
I could see why this place is 5 stars. I came across it on google when I was searching for a vibe and I’m glad I found it. Mariam knows her stuff, I don’t have knowledge on kratom but the drink was super tasty and I definitely felt relaxed after coming in with so much anxiety haha ; I’m new to Tampa and don’t have much a community here but they make you feel a part of what they are doing which is creating a vibe. I told her I make music and did NOT expect her to play it on the speakers. Rick is super chill too, her cousin. Really dope staff. I look forward to coming in again next time. Don’t be shy, just stop in, I’m sure you’ll enjoy your time there. Thank you again!
I love this spot! Today was my brother and I first time there, and it was amazing. The owner, Rick, was extremely passionate about his business. Was very friendly and nice to us. We will definitely be going back for future events that they have. Ps. I got the strawberry calypso. It was so yummy
